== Channel Service
If you want yourself to be known to GNUWorld, register yourself with `/quote ChanServ HELLO <username> <email> <confirm-email>`, it will give you a temporary password which you must change after login, and also gives you a cloak under the `.youkai.network` namespace.

Additionally, you can use `/quote NickServ REGISTER` to reserve your nickname/username

Nicknames are different from Channel Service usernames, they can be the same if you want.

You need to consult an administrator if you want a channel registered to you, if it's approved by the staff, you can `/msg ChanServ showcommands #<channel>`

== Rules
1. Political discussion are strictly prohibited on main channels.
2. If you do nothing but bring trouble of any kind (e.g. spam), you'll be in for a world of pain.
3. Do not bring pornographic material involving minors, this includes but it's not limited to, loli and shota
