Channel Service

If you want yourself to be known to GNUWorld, register yourself with /quote ChanServ HELLO <username> <email> <confirm-email>, it will give you a temporary password which you must change after login, and also gives you a cloak under the .youkai.network namespace.

Additionally, you can use /quote NickServ REGISTER to reserve your nickname/username

Nicknames are different from Channel Service usernames, they can be the same if you want.

Registering channels with the Channel Service

Rules

1. Political discussion are strictly prohibited on main channels.
2. If you do nothing but bring trouble of any kind (e.g. spam), you'll be in for a world of pain.
3. Do not bring pornographic material involving minors, this includes but it's not limited to, loli and shota
4. Additional rules depend on the channels, the network rules always take precedence
